I Have a current first aid certificate do i need to do the first aid course?

If you have recently completed a Red Cross or St Johns revalidation course of 6401 and 6402 (for workplace requirements) you can ask to have your CP Provider exempt you from their First Aid and CPR session, however you must meet these criteria:the revalidation course must occur within 3 months of the date of the CP course you can provide evidence of one of the above courses that satisfies your CP Provider.you have checked with your CP Provider that they will exempt you with the right evidence. If I don't require First aid can I get a discount?

Unfortunatley due to the pricing structure of our busness we cannot give a discount if you do not require First aid training.

What equipment do I need to bring with me?

An Insulation resistance meter or Muti-function tester, if needed we have limited spares available.

What is the cancelation policy?

We appreciate your interest in our courses and understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, we kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be communicated to us at least 48 hours in advance.

By providing us with advance notice, you help us guarantee that everyone interested has the opportunity to enroll in our courses. In the event that an attendee needs to cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before the scheduled course, we regret to inform you that no refund will be granted. However, we understand that unexpected situations may occur, and our policy remains flexible based on individual circumstances.

What is the Lateness Policy?

At Adaptive Electrical, we strive to maintain a professional and punctual environment to ensure the best learning experience for all our participants. Due to the nature of our course and the importance of starting on time, the following lateness policy will be strictly enforced:

1. **Punctuality Requirement:**
   - All participants are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled course sessions. 

2. **30-Minute Grace Period:**
   - We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. Therefore, a grace period of up to 30 minutes from the scheduled start time is allowed.

3. **Cancellation Policy:**
   - If a participant arrives more than 30 minutes late, it will be treated as a cancellation. This is to ensure that the integrity and flow of the course are maintained for all participants.

4. **No Refunds for Lateness:**
   - Due to the disruption caused by late arrivals, any participant who is more than 30 minutes late will not be eligible for a refund. This policy is in place to encourage punctuality and respect for the time of both instructors and fellow participants.

5. **Rescheduling:**
   - Participants who are more than 30 minutes late and thus treated as a cancellation may reschedule their session, subject to availability and any applicable rescheduling fees.
