What is the Lateness Policy?

At Adaptive Electrical, we strive to maintain a professional and punctual environment to ensure the best learning experience for all our participants. Due to the nature of our course and the importance of starting on time, the following lateness policy will be strictly enforced:

1. **Punctuality Requirement:**
   - All participants are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled course sessions.

2. **30-Minute Grace Period:**
   - We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. Therefore, a grace period of up to 30 minutes from the scheduled start time is allowed.

3. **Cancellation Policy:**
   - If a participant arrives more than 30 minutes late, it will be treated as a cancellation. This is to ensure that the integrity and flow of the course are maintained for all participants.

4. **No Refunds for Lateness:**
   - Due to the disruption caused by late arrivals, any participant who is more than 30 minutes late will not be eligible for a refund. This policy is in place to encourage punctuality and respect for the time of both instructors and fellow participants.

5. **Rescheduling:**
   - Participants who are more than 30 minutes late and thus treated as a cancellation may reschedule their session, subject to availability and any applicable rescheduling fees.
