Cancellation / transfer policy? Cancellations: Full refunds are issued for cancellations requested up to 5 days before the course start date. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 24 hours or for non-attendance. Transfers: You can transfer your registration to another course of the same value for free, provided it is requested at least 5 days prior to the start date. Due to the nature of our course and the importance of starting on time, the following lateness policy will be strictly enforced: Punctuality Requirement: All participants are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled course sessions. If a participant arrives more than 30 minutes late, it will be treated as a cancellation.
