I Have a current first aid certificate do I need to do the first aid course?
If you have recently completed a Red Cross or St Johns revalidation course of 6401 and 6402 (for workplace requirements) you can ask to have your CP Provider exempt you from their First Aid and CPR session, however you must meet these criteria:
- The revalidation course must occur within 3 months of the date of the CP course.
- You can provide evidence of one of the above courses that satisfies your CP Provider.
- You have checked with your CP Provider that they will exempt you with the right evidence. (EWRB Website)
If I don't require First aid can I get a discount?
Unfortunately due to the pricing structure of our business we cannot give a discount if you do not require First Aid training.
What equipment do I need to bring with me?
An Insulation Resistance meter or Multi-Function tester, if needed we have limited spares available.
What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations: Full refunds are issued for cancellations requested up to 5 days before the course start date. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 24 hours or for non-attendance.

Transfers: You can transfer your registration to another course of the same value for free, provided it is requested at least 5 days prior to the start date.
What is the Lateness Policy?
Punctuality Requirement:
All participants are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled course sessions.
If a participant arrives more than 30 minutes late, it will be treated as a cancellation.
