Due to the nature of our course and the importance of starting on time, the following lateness policy will be strictly enforced: 1. **Punctuality Requirement:** - All participants are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled course sessions. 2. **30-Minute Grace Period:** - We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. Therefore, a grace period of up to 30 minutes from the scheduled start time is allowed. 3. **Cancellation Policy:** - If a participant arrives more than 30 minutes late, it will be treated as a cancellation. This is to ensure that the integrity and flow of the course are maintained for all participants. 4. **No Refunds for Lateness:** - Due to the disruption caused by late arrivals, any participant who is more than 30 minutes late will not be eligible for a refund. This policy is in place to encourage punctuality and respect for the time of both instructors and fellow participants. 5. **Rescheduling:** - Participants who are more than 30 minutes late and thus treated as a cancellation may reschedule their session, subject to availability and any applicable rescheduling fees.
